Double standards from the European Court of Human Rights

The European Court of Human Rights found during the trial of Abdullah Ocalan in the State Security Court in 1999 that Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights regarding the right to a fair trial, Article 5 related to the length of detention, and Article 3 regarding ill-treatment were violated in March 2003, and it presented its final decision on the necessity of retrying the terrorist head or reopening the case file, claiming that it was not a fair trial, to the Committee of Ministers in the Council of Europe.

During the trial of the terrorist head, the member of the soldier, the member of the establishment of our State Security Courts, was removed from the establishment, and the sentence of death was not implemented, suspended, and the death penalty was removed.

Despite all this, a retrial or reopening of the case file is demanded on the grounds that the judge was not fair.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR PEOPLE

It is the most natural RIGHT and the most important DUTY of Nations, whose countries are occupied by foreign armed forces, in order to resist and fight the invader with their regular and non-regular forces by using all kinds of possibilities.

Today, the nations captured and occupied themselves are the Muslim Nations. These people, whose lives, wealth, honor, sanctities, and all their values are trampled, whose cities, towns, and villages have been destroyed, the whole world stands against them when they resist the occupier. They name this holy resistance as the Islamic terror.

What could the US Have Purposed with the Greater Middle East project?:

The geography of the countries covered by the project, which is called the Greater Middle East or the Expanded Middle East and North Africa Group;  

• Dividing the continent of Europe-Asia-Africa, which is named as the world island, in the middle in the form of a girdle; 
• Providing control of the north and south of the World Island with air and sea forces by dominating the most important sea passages and straits in its possession; 
• Muslim Nations that have the opportunity to have a real opinion in the struggle for world domination if united, have granted the opportunity to control these ambitions with puppet forces, which they can take out of themselves, in a way they cannot even imagine, 
• Possessing the opportunity to drive ever the World Economy through energy resources and crossroads of sea transport that it possesses, 
• Containing the structure of the Holy Places of the Divine three great religions, 
• At the same time, containing indispensable market feature for powerful economies, 
• Containing the homelands of the Islamic nations that NATO set on its goal,

It is geography that offers many advantages to the power that it possesses.

Levent'teki HSBC Bank Genel Müdürlük binası önünde , tahrip gücü yüksek patlayıcıların hareket halindeki araçlar içinde infilâk ettirilmesi ile, Şehirlerimizde terör harekâtının yeniden başlatıldığı sinyalini veren SABOTAJLARLA sarsıldı. 58 vatandaşımızın ölümüne, 500'den fazla vatandaşımızın yaralanmasına, ayrıca da çevrede büyük maddi hasara sebep olan patlamalar, ülkemizde ve dünyada büyük yankılar uyandırdı ve farklı yorumlara sebep oldu. (26 Aralık 2003 tarihinde İstanbul Valisi Muammer Güler tarafından yapılan açıklama:'' Yürütülen soruşturmalar, alınan ifadeler,yapılan sorgulamalara göre bu saldırılar, El Kaide'nin Türkiye'de yapılanmaya çalışan unsurlarınca gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yakalanan şahısların yapılan soruşturmasında daha önceden deşifre edilen herhangi bir dini motifli örgütle irtibatları tespit edilememekle beraber, hiç bir şahıs hakkında da arşivlere intikal eden bir bilgiye rastlanılmamıştır.
